Thought should I apologise for a football post but as the season has now finished, it should be the last one for a little while.
We went to Wembley stadium last night to see England play USA. It was a great atmosphere (despite what they apparently said on the tv) and we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
Have to give credit to my dad for the great seats. We were in the family enclosure and there were inflatable rubber rings and balloons being thrown around the crowd. The adults were watching the match while the kids were watching (and throwing) the inflatables! I think Amy's highlight was the Mexican wave that went on and on and on and on.
Everyone in the crowd was there to have a really good time and thankfully the team won 2-0 :o)
This piccie was taken during the National Anthems.
Niece and youngest nephew at the end of the match - oldest nephew had gone to get something to eat!!! It always amazes me how quickly the stadium empties. There were 71,000 people in there and it was practically empty within about 10 minutes of the final whistle.

Cute and colourable
Is colourable a word LOL Well, what I mean is that I find the Tilda stamps very easy to colour in when I spend the evening round my parents.
I've just realised that most cards that I've made recently have used Tilda's. Hmmmmm and there was I thinking that I was addicted to Penny Black's !!!
I used sketches from Mojo Monday for both of these cards

2 posts in one day
Here are 2 cards that I made for 2 very good friends.
I got this cute bunny through a swap on UKScrappers. Have added it to my wish list LOL
I love this stamp. It's a Denami Design and I got it from Stamp Addicts. Thank you to Kerrie and Becky for persuading me that I really really needed it when we were at Ally Pally. Thanks girls xxx

Finally a page
Here's the page that I did for a competition. The theme was Celebration so these piccies of nephew's team celebrating their League win was perfect. It did make me laugh that, no matter how big the match, their football boots come first - especially when they spend loads on them!!!

Still here - just!!!
Just thought I'd pop on and say that I am still about but just really busy with work at the mo. Not had that much time to craft in the past couple of weeks and it doesn't look like it's going to ease off in the near future :o(
I am going to make sure that I do some crafting on Bank Holiday Monday as I've got a long To Do list :o)
I don't think it's helped getting a Wii and a Wii Fit in the last week LOL

Chinese Whispers
LOL funny name for a post but there is a reason for it. This is a card that I made for a Chinese Whispers challenge on a card forum. It ran exactly the same way as the word game in that someone made a card, sent it to the next person on the list who had to interpret in their own way. It was amazing how much the design changed along the way :)

Another page
I did this page for this week challenge over on UKScrappers
The challenge was to scrap a picture of myself (at any age), use ribbons (that was easy!), blooms and "seen" journalling.
The piccie is of me on a Primary school trip to Cuffley Camp. I'm on the left (very embarassing) LOL. When you live in this area, Cuffley Camp was the place where all the kids went for their first trip away from home. Eeuuuwww I can still smell the outside toilet facilities!!!
I am planning on making some cards this weekend :o)

After 2 weeks of nothing, I've finally done some crafting today and blimey oh' riley it was actually scrapbooking. Will have to sit down to recover from the shock. Another couple of pages for my sister's 40th scrapbook :)
All the piccies are of my niece from when she was a week old to last year when she turned 15 (going on 35!!!).
Thank you has to go to Kerrie for providing the sketch (thanks hun xxx)
