One of my faves
I only bought this Whipper Snapper stamp at Ally Pally in April because my mum thought it was cute but I'm really glad as I did as it's come in really handy.
I think the sketch is from 2Sketches4U but I'm not 100% certain as Kerrie found it LOL
The "COUSIN" has been done using some Queen&Co brads that I've had for ages. Suppose I should own up to forgetting that I had them !!!
BTW, Kerrie has been blogging for a year now and is offering up some blog candy. Knowing Kerrie it's bound to be yummy so pop over to her blog and post a comment and you might win :o)

Unfrogettable!
First card using my new Stampin Up Unfrogettable stamps - how I managed to get them away from Becky or Kerrie, is anyones guess LOL :o)
Another week gone!!!
I'm trying to recover from 2 great crafty weekends away.
On 12/13 July, I went to a Stampin Up party and had a really really good laugh with the girls. To cut a long story short, a few of us stayed over at lovely Maggie's house, bought a few yummy SU goodies, chatted and laughed a lot, didn't get to bed until 3.30ish and then we still couldn't get to sleep. I still don't know what we were laughing about!!!
We all took bits so that we could do some crafting but the only thing we made was a card during the SU demo. We did do a lot of drooling over the SU catalogue and a few stamp sets that we had with us. On the Sunday, we even managed to get to Sugar and Spice - OMG I need to go back again soon.
So, by Friday, I'd just about recovered from one fab weekend before I went off for another - Centre Parcs at Sherwood Forest with some of my UKS teamies - the Pink Glitter Gals. We had another really good laugh and shock horror - I actually made something!!!!!!!! Took a few piccies as well.
and Betty the pigeon ;o)

I've been tagged
I've been tagged by my UKS teamie Jenny :o)
What was happening 10 years ago? - I was just about to go solo at work as the guy I'd been working with was retiring so all responsibility was on my little shoulders. Have to say that it was probably the best thing that ever happened as I've really come out of my shell since then ;o) At home, I was trying to get my house looking more like how I wanted to - still working that now though!!!
5 things to do today - get ready for work tomorrow after having a 3 day "brilliant" weekend, try and get my craft room organised, go round parents house to pick up new crafty parcel oh and to see them of course ;o), play with my yummy new crafty toys (if I get home in time), phone my niece to see how she got on with her work experience.
Snacks I like - ice cream, biscuits, chocolate, more biscuits, grapes, mini cheddars, raisins, satsumas, cakes - any variety will do LOL
What I would do if I was a millionaire - pay off mortgage and then buy a house with enough space for a decent sized craft room. Buy a Tottenham season ticket for all my friends and family that wanted one. Go back to Florida with family (already promised sister's kids that I'd do that LOL). Visit my cousins and friends in Australia. Pay for all my crafty friends to meet up and have a fab crafty weekend or week or wow maybe a month - we'd still only make 1 card though - if we were really being good :o)
Places I have lived - Weston Super Mare, Eastbourne, Stevenage, Welwyn Garden City, Luton.
I now have to tag 5 people so I'm going to pass it on to are Kerrie, Becky, Jenny, Kerryn and Maddie

Catching up!
I can't believe that this is my first post in July.
I've been really busy over the past couple of weeks catching up everything that I hadn't been doing due to be being busy at work ---- I think I need some time off work just to catch up with catching up LOL
I love the purple and green combo - still can't believe that I'm liking green at the mo!!! This is my new Penny Black stamp - quick and easy to colour :o)
I made this one for my uncle's birthday on Tuesday. He's got the same daft sense of humour that I have so this stamp (one of the new Penny Black 12 days of Christmas) was perfect for his card. I hope he appreciates that I used 2 of my yummy new Doodlebug velvet brads LOL
Both cards were done using sketches but sorry I can't remember where I got them from !
