Diane's 40th scrapbook

Well out of the 20 pages in sister's 40th scrapbook - I haven't shown 13 of them on here --- ooops! Here they are - better late than never LOL

I used Page Map sketches for the whole of the scrapbook. I don't know what I've done without them :o)

My sister turned 40 :)

Well the big event of this year has happened - me sister finally turned 40. She's been going on about it for years and she did have the big party that she wanted.

Her card was a bit rushed as I was trying to finish her scrapbook. I'll post the final pages of it on here when I've worked out which ones I've shown already :o) She loved it and couldn't believe that I (and all the family) had kept it a secret from her for about 18 months. She's shown it to anyone that goes to the house so I think it was a hit LOL

Happy Birthday text is Doodlebug stickers covered in yummy pink flock.
Papers are Bazzill dots and Pebbles
Stamped image is from the Stampin' Up set: Crazy for Cupcakes

It's a very touchy feely card what with the flock and I've put glitter all over the topping on the cup cake :o)

80th birthday cards

My parents neighbour turned 80 at the beginning of this month. I really struggled to make these cards as I haven't been "with it" for the past couple of months - job security worries which are now "thankfully" okay.

Anyway, I ended up using a Little Claire's stamp - the elephants - and one of my new Christmas presents - SU Garden Whimsy stamp set. I love this set and can see it getting lots of use. The papers and ribbons are also Stampin' Up.

I used sketches from Split Coast stampers and Mojo Monday

Yet another football card!

This card was for my cousin who was 35 last weekend. Like most of my male relatives (and me!), he's a football fan. He supports Brighton & Hove Albion so the poor devil is going through it at the mo LOL

I used a sketch for inspiration but I can't remember where it's from. Life's a bit hectic so I'm just grabbing card making time every now and then. I do know that the blue/white football paper was from Crafts U Love and I've got it in most football colours LOL.

The cardstock and ribbon is SU bashful blue and the stamp is by stamps away.
